It is obvious that the Internet, as a global network, is not governed by the internal laws of a country like Iran, and usually famous international networks do not want to get a license from a specific country or refer to a country’s council. As a result, legally and according to this plan, all contents, networks, media messages, apps and even sites such as Google or email services related to these sites such as Gmail and the like can be legally blocked and filtered. . It should be noted that the idea that anyone who wants to do something anywhere should get permission from the government will limit some activities and also the right to choose for many Internet users.

It is obvious that the Internet is a global public network that does not pay attention to the laws of other countries such as Iran, and experience shows that international networks do not want to go to the internal council of a country to get permission. In spite of these complications and patching of current laws, the cyber space protection plan can be criticized from two aspects.
